We are currently on holiday from 22/12/2021 - 29/12/2021
Orders placed between these dates won't be dispatched until 30/12/2021.
When do I receive a confirmation email?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which will have your order tracking information and contact details.
If UPS delivery attempt fails then they may deliver your parcel to a local UPS Access Point, if the address doesn't show on the mobile version then please use a desktop or contact us to track your order.
What are your delivery options?
UPS Standard Delivery - 2-5 working days (Exc Weekends)
UPS Express Delivery - 1-3 working days when orders are placed before 12pm. (Exc Weekends)
DHL/DPD/Royal Mail Express Delivery - 2-10 working days for international delivery (Customs may cause delays for orders outside the EU)
All delivery times may be affected by non business days and bank holidays.
All orders placed after 12PM will be shipped the following working day.
How can I contact your couriers?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which will have your order tracking information and contact details.

When you recieve your tracking number it is the customers duty to track the status of their parcel to avoid any issues.
If delivery attempt fails, the UPS driver will deliver your parcel to a local UPS Access Point where you can collect your parcel. If you fail to collect your parcel within the time frame stated on your tracking then you will be liable for the return cost. At this stage the item/items become non-refundable and only available for exchange/store credit.
