Refund policy

Terms still apply for sale items and can only be exchanged for a product of the same value or store credit. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all undamaged items within 14 days of the order date.

Please note 

Merchandise marked SALE (discounted price) or purchased with the use of Tax3 discount codes can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded. 

​Items must be returned back in the same condition that the items were received.

If items do not match their original condition and are therefore not resalable the goods will be returned to the purchasing customer

Any products purchased under the mystery box option cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns. Our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Tax3 will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
